No7 Nail Polish in 70 Milan & MUA Nail Polish in Shade 8

Helloooo! So I forgot to do my September faves, I thought I would join that post and my October ones into one!

MUA Nail Polish in Shade 8- I think this is a great colour for autumn a nice plumy red and can see myself picking this up alot in the uncoming weeks!
No7 Nail Polish in 70 Milan- I wore this to my friend's 16th party and have fallen in love with the colour. This was given  to me by Izzy. It is a nail polish which has a mixture of pink, purple and sliver glitter. I love it although as it a glitter polish it is a pain to get off.
Escada Rockin' Rio Pefume- Altough this is more of a fruity scent and not really appropriate for A/W. I still have been reaching for this and the scent seems to stay on for a long time
Superdrug Little Green Tin- I used to use this religiously, and then I had a off time with it. When I discovered other lip balm products, this just got pushed to the side. On the times when I feel just like a nice lip balm with not too much scent  I go stright for this
Fanta Orange Lip smacker- Again with this, it got pushed to the side. At times this could kind of be a bit too over scented. But now I have learnt to apply a small amount.
The Body shop Born Lippy Watermelon Lip Balm- I bought this off a blog sale from my friend Jenny. I have always wanted to try out these lip balms and not having watermelon lip balm made me get this one it is so moisturising and smells divine!
Glade Winter Berries Candle- As I said in my previous post I got this from Tesco and have fallen in love with this fruity yet wintery scent.
Soap & Glory Thick and Fast Mascara- This mascara adds a lot of volume and length to my lashes and it is great (full review will be coming soon)
NYC High Definition Volumizing Mascara- I did a whole review on this mascara and love it does everything in a mascara I want.
Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain in Lovesick- I have been picking this up non stop. This just gives my lips a really nice burst of colour and smells really fresh and minty.
Lush Snow fairy shower gel- I have been trying to use this up so that when the Lush Christmas sale comes I can re-purchase it. I think I will probably just get the 100g bottle. This smells so good, and after having a shower the smell still lingers on your body and in your bathroom.
Soap Glory The Righteous Butter- This smells gorgeous and leaves your skin feeling so soft.
Garnier Intense 7 days lotion Mango- This sinks in super quick and smells really light and fruity. It does what it says too it leaves your skin feeling moisturised for days.
Pink "Converse" like shoes- I got these not long ago and have been wearing them non stop! I have been wanting a pair of these for ages and am so glad I have got them!

What have been your favorites of this month?

Someday Summary/Catch up

Hello! I am sorry that I haven't blogged in quite a while, things have just got a little on top of me and I haven't much spare time to blog. Probably due to the fact I didn't have much time, I haven't really had any ideas of what to blog about. I Thought I would do a little "Someday Summary" just to fill you in what I have been getting up to. I have wanted to do something like this for a while and here it is, I will probably continue with this every week.

My screen print, Me and Izzy at Morgan's 16th, Jenny and Georgia, Morgan and her cake, duck pancake, marshmallows, Mustache earrings, Righteous Butter, Glade candle in Winter Berries.

Where I've Been- On the 20th of October, it was my friend Morgan's 16th birthday and we went out for a meal at a Chinese buffet restaurant. For the first time I tried duck pancakes with cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce, they tasted amazing! We also found some weird Chinese dishes like mini octopuses and my friend Jenny ate one yuck! We also took up the challenge of Chubby Bunny which didn't last very long, but was so much fun all the same!  In my village there was a craft fair/ family day where you could make things. I really wanted to do screen printing and made a crown with a heart in the center and I had so much fun. My mustache earrings also came in the post and I have been wearing them so much!

What have I been Watching- I have recently been getting in to watch Miranda I find her so funny and think she is such a good actress!
Products Of The Week- For this one I probably have to say the Righteous Butter by S&G. I apply this on my hands, just before going to bed and I feel that in the morning my hands feel very nourished. Recently I was in Tesco and saw that they had on offer Glade candles and I smelt this one in "Winter Berries" and absolutely loved the smell of this!
Next Week- I am hoping to go shopping with my Mum at the end of the week. I am Trying to get alot of revision done to prepare me for mock week starting 5th and proper exams. I am  hoping  to get the latest Glamour magazine which contains a Nails Inc Nail polish my eyes are on the gold glitter one. I missed out last year so will be racing down to the village shop to collect mine!

Wishlist #6

Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer
I have wanted this for absolutely ages, but never got chance to buy it. I have heard so many great things about this and I too will have this in my collection.

Essie Nail Polish in To Buy or Not to Buy
First off, I love the name of this nail polish. It defiantly describes my state of mind when I don't no whether to get something, but I also do love the colour. I love light purples and I haven't really found the right one and this has a lovely shimmer in it to.

Lush "The Melting Snowman" Bath Melt
I am currently making a list of a few things (if you would like me to do a separate post on all the things I am thing of getting from Lush from their Christmas collection then please tell me in the comments), I would like to get from their Christmas stock (as it is limited addition and only comes once a year) this is one of them. My one point for getting this is the price. £1.95- great value and secondly Lush claim that this is also moisturising and I think it is SO cute.

Lush "Candy Mountain" Bubble Bar
Next on my list is this, when I saw it on the website I thought it looked really funky! They say that is smells of vanilla and candyfloss. It also creates lots of bubble and it is priced at £2.45.

Topshop Jumper
For some reason I really want a jumper. Probably because it Autumn is coming and I want to be cosy. But I just like them...I might not even buy this one from Topshop.

Mustache Earrings
I did a post all about my obsession with mustaches and I will be getting these!

Have you tried any of the above products, what's your thoughts on them?
What have you got on wishlist?

Helloo! So I bought this while wandering in Superdrug (as you do) and I saw this and had always been intrigued by the wand. The bristles are so short! I really like it, it helps me get really voluminousness lashes and coats them pretty well too. Defiantly worth the £3.99. I suppose the one thing bad I could say about this is the colour for me it is quite bright.

August & September Empties

Photobucket

Vaseline Pot- Vaseline is one of those products that I will always buy again and again and they last you a while.

Wilko Hand Cream- This hand cream was brill it made my hands feel super soft so will be re-purchasing this product.

Alberto balsam Apple shampoo & conditioner- I have actually fallen in love with the alberto shampoos and conditioners. They are such great value for money and also great for your hair, I haven't repurchased these ones (I bought the coconut and lycee one) but it one I will probably go back to.

Photobucket

TRESemmè Heat defense spray- I really loved the smell of this and I think it has protected my hair but I don't think I will

repurchase this as the full one is rather expensive to another

one that I have seen which is the got2b one which is around

£2.49

Simple hydrating moisturiser (travel size)- I have already

repurchased the full product and I did a review

Photobucket

Simple facial wipes (travel size) - I really did like these, they were really kind to my skin so I think I might repurchase these.

Soap & Glory Scrub 'em leave 'em- So I did a comparision with this and the Soap & Glory and flake away  and from the post you can tell quite easily that I didn't like it. It didn't do anything to my skin and I was rather disappointed.

Superdrug Deep Cleansing Face Mask- I think this is quite a cool idea having face masks in a tube instead of buying endless sachets of single use ones (although they do contain a little more)  and this really made my skin feel super soft and I felt like it really did my skin some good. I think this packaging is really old so I will be repurchasing this but I think the packaging looks a little different.

Lacura Day Cream- I really like the creams from lacura they are so moisturiser and sink in really quickly so defiantly a product I will be repurchasing.

I did a guest post over on AisforAyla's blog and I did a ombre nail tutorial and I had meant to tell you about it and never got round to doing it until now. So this isn't the one that I did as a guest post (if you had a quick look at the pink link). In this one I used Barry M "Bright Purple", Leighton Denny "Paparazzi", Sally Hansen Double Duty base and top coat and Essence "time for romance" on the ring finger. So if you go over to the post, you will see that I have given you a step by step on how to achieve it.

Soap & Glory Hand Food

There has been a lot of hype about this hand cream being the best hand cream in the world. In my opinion I don't think it is that amazing, but I think it still does live up to it's hype. I apply this just before I go to bed (and also sometimes before school and during) and it sinks in fairly quickly and isn't greasy at all. It is is scented with Soap & Glory's signature scent which makes it quite luxurious. It leaves your hands feeling super soft and nourished. So overall I would recommend it and re-purchase it.

Have you tried this, what are your thoughts?
What other Soap & Glory products would you recommend?

Monday Feature: How to change up your room

Hey, I'm Shameta and blog over here. When I got an email from Emily to do a guest post, I was more than happy to do so. So this is my very first guest post. Today I thought I'd share a post on how to change up your room. Here are 5 of my top tips.

1. Paint your room
Painting your room will instantly give it a whole new look. Bright colours are great option if your room is small and you want to give an illusion that it is more spacier. Also bright colours just make you a lot more happier.

2. Change your bedspread
Another tip that will give your room a whole new feel is by changing your current bedspread. This step is easier for those who don't want to paint their room. It gives the same instant change but a cheaper and less messier alternatif. Choose a bedspread that will reflect your room's theme. If your room doesn't have a theme then something that reflects you.

3. Wall art
A wall collage is great for all you creative people out there. Photo collage and quote collage are really cool and cheap. Just anything that you like, find funny, has a special meaning stick it on your wall. If your parents are worried about ruining the wall, use blue tack or scotch tape. It is easier to remove them anytime and they won't ruin your paint like regular tape. Also you can find some cool wall art from craft stores to spice up your room.

4. Organization
If your room is always getting messy and no matter how hard you clean it returns to its original state in 2 or 3 days (Guilty as charged ), just start organizing. Ikea has some pretty great storage boxes and organizers for reasonable prices. You can even use perfume box sets, parcel boxes and cute baskets to organize your jewelry or makeup. Have a look around your house, you might find some pretty cool things. Once your room is cleared up, it will definitely look a lot different.

5. Personalize
Make that room yours. Picture frames, memory board, craft projects anything at all. DIYs are also fun ways to spice up your room without a hefty price tag. There are simple DIY jewelry organizers, canvas art and loads more. Just have a browse through Pinterest for some ideas and start crafting. I did a post quite a while ago so for a DIY earring organizer click here and a personalized cork board tutorial click here

Thank you Emily for letting me do this post. I hope you enjoyed reading it and maybe head on over to my blog for more.
